Dromana College expects all students to demonstrate respectful behaviour in their dealings with each other and with staff members and, no student has the right to disrupt the learning of others, which provides the basis for a caring environment where students clearly understand their rights and
responsibilities.

The college seeks to develop in students a sense of responsibility and self discipline which emphasises respect for others. Conduct not consistent with respect for others and their right to learn may be the subject of processes and consequences relevant to the seriousness of the alleged behaviour.
